4.3 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Create fake accounts to earn Z-Points
• Use bots or automated systems to earn points
• Share accounts to accumulate points
• Manipulate quizzes or gaming the system

Violation will result in account termination and forfeiture of all Z-Points.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on Zuggus—including research, analysis, text, graphics, and software—is owned by Zuggus and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

5.2 User Content

If you submit content (e.g., feedback, reviews), you grant Zuggus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for operating the platform.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Zuggus participates in affiliate programs with Amazon, Flipkart, and other retailers. When you click on product links and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
